Thank you for your purchase from Flowers4U!

In the unlikely event of a damaged/defective product received at your end, we offer to exchange within the first 2 days of your receipt of the product.

Please call our Customer Care AND send us an email at kaushik.chatterjee@rtns.in providing details of the damaged/ defective product.

If over 2 days have passed since your receipt of the damaged/ defective product, we will not be able to offer an exchange of any kind.

Most of Flowers4U eco-friendly products are made of dry parts of plants and others natural products and also handcrafted by local artisans. There may be slight natural variation in color, size and texture. Please understand these are not considered flaws or defects.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging when you return it back for exchange.
  • To complete your exchange, please provide the receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items will be eligible for exchange, sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Without pause and cut, – Full Video from Start to End No Complaints will be entertained without the Parcel Opening Video.
